Melanie Prisock is a Co-Founder and Principal Partner in Strategic Tactical Solutions. Melanie has been in the Medical field for over twenty years. Melanie is also very driven and passionate about implementing necessary changes to programs and policies. She holds herself and others accountable and responsible with a strong focus on comprehensive client care and emotional support. Melanie has a strong background in data-driven analysis.
Prior to Co-Founding STS, Melanie was a Nurse Manager for Gastroenterology and an experienced Surgical Services nurse. She helped develop and revitalize a cohesive working environment, by providing superior leadership during a critical transition phase, including hiring professional staff, budget reductions, and organizing an effective management information system.
Melanie has knowledge of creating and developing policy, annual goals, objectives and budget recommendations to reduce cost. Melanie has also been through additional leadership training and professional development courses.
Melanie has been through Purdue University Lean Process and Lean Bronze Training. Both of these trainings have given her knowledge of ways to increase productivity, while reducing waste.
Melanie Prisock holds a Master of Business Administration, Bachler's of Science in Nursing, Certified Nurse Operating room and a Legal Nurse Consultant.

Bryan Prisock served as Special Assistant to Congressman Marlin Stutzman from 2013-2017. He specialized in law enforcement communications, security procedures and concerns, scheduling and analysis of a variety of government related issues including Foreign Policy and Affairs, Criminal Statutes, Drug Prevention and Public Safety.
Prior to his service in the 3rd District Congressional office, Bryan started a small Trucking Company, trained Industrial Engineers in the MODAPTS method of Time Study, and process analysis, he also helped to run his family business, ALinc, for many years.
Bryan is passionate about providing in-depth accurate analysis and statistics for our clients. He takes pride in being extremely detailed in his approach to listening to our client's goals and providing an informed and expert analysis in order to formulate a winning strategy.
Bryan has experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, logistics, security detail, threat risk assessment, critical infrastructure security, and navigating federal agencies. Bryan also has experience with policies concerning; Taxation, Energy, Transportation, Firearms.
Through his years of experience, Bryan has developed a strong network of connections within the legislative branches on the state level in Indiana as well as, strong relationships at the federal level within the Administration, and the House and Senate.
